Big post

Class outing last Sunday.

Although not all attended, it was still very fun seeing all the classmates which we are going differnet poly once the term starts. Glad that a class outing was organised before poly starts, else, I have no idea when there is a chance to meet again.

Had BBQ, although it rains, the bbq-ers still did not gave up and still kept the fire going, under the rain(and some umbrella),and did not gave up! Kudos to them!
Thanks to LiJuan and other organisers for organising the class outing. :))

This week is the start of poly term 1.
NP is big, and I have no idea where my lessons are on the 1st day of school. Although Wen Cong and me are in the same course same class, but we still have some modules which are different(actually, only 1 module), which is IS.

IS is some sort of module which aims to improve your communication skills. A sort of inter disciplinary studies.

On the 1st day, reached school @ 1pm getting ready for class. Found the block, getting ready to go in then BOOMZ! I don't know the floor number and unit number!
Lucky got wen cong laptop, able to find the class room. But, late for half hour.

IS module is boring, showed us some videos and tell us the study plan(not to forget ice breaking games).

The rest of the week is normal with the meeting of different lecturers for the 1st time.

I realised that my course dont really use too much of laptop.
Since it's mostly lecture. SO SAD!
Looking forward to friday.(3 hrs lesson, and the best thing is, it's all on C++)!Wee.

Monday went to play basketball with cong,beng,des,hock,zac.
Actually meet 9am, but when I was in the bus, hock called me and said some of them still sleeping.LOLS.

Anyway, playing in the morning was good. No people because the rest schooling,and also not so hot and sunny.
Played @ blk 8, but after that moved to CC to play. Had lunch @ mac.

Grats to tay for getting his Fujitsu laptop. Wen Cong is so despo to slap your dick outta your body!WATCH OUT!
Oh, and cong learned a new phrase recently,called "Dick out!"

Btw, the NP software portal is up. Had to download more things because I got my laptop from outside vendors.
Bloody wasted my time download MS office when i already got it pre installed. -.-
Seriously, NP should indicate what programs are we downloading beside the links given.At least we know should we download or not.

OH, and cong, this is the post. :D

Last Saturday went to NP in the afternoon to accompany tay to buy his laptop. After MUCH deciding, he bought his Fujitsu Laptop, the same brand as hock soon.
After that, headed to IT fair where zac and ng is. During the journey, alot of things cropped out, such as taking the wrong bus etc.

Anyway, reach Suntec at around 8pm. Went in and searched for the things we wanted.
Went to the Asus booth, and found out that my laptop had dropped price!!WTF!
Dropped around 20 bucks, lols.

Anyway, at the end of Saturday, we each bought our things.
Me: Headset + y - connector
Zac: A big speaker
Ng: A mouse
tay: A small speaker (bought at last minute because he dint want to go home empty handed.LOLS)

Headed home after that. Saw Jun Qing and Ting Wei in 190 bus.

Hell loads of stuffs to do for poly!

A lot of admin stuffs etc.

Anyway, wednesday went to NP roadshow to search for lappy to buy.

Lenovo caught my eye, but the prices are a little steep.

Wen Cong ordered his Acer laptop, which is to be delivered on 12th April.

Thursday went to IT show with the clique. When we arrived there, we had no idea where to start with. Just went story by story.Ended at story 5, where the lappy are.

Asus laptop, which I had been eyeing for a few days now, is there!

Still decided to tour around 1st. Got a few things which caught my eyes, like the speaker and mouse.

Saw cherylyn,li juan,yee cheng and vanassa there.They working for Panasonic.

Anyway, after much touring around, proceeded to buy my Asus laptop(A42Jr).

I'd say it is quite worth it. :)

Today went to NP Roadshow again to purchase the M1 Vodaphone wireless internet thingny.

Damn, it was hidden in such a secluded area of np's cc, lucky got hy to bring me there, else I will sure be lost.

The salesperson there said it is not compatible with Win 7, gave us such a shock!

Lucky went home and it can still be used. Now what's left is the activation of the service, which according to hy, needs 7 working days.

Although Lady Gaga is quite famous nowadays, but stupid rumors had started to surface about her worshiping Satan.

Anyway, Poly package and Laptop brochure had now fall into place.

Got so many things to handle, arrgh!!!

Yesterday went to tech whye there meet tay,hock,beng and chuan. Had dinner there(except hock) and we chatted for quite a while. Chatted to hearts content. It had been a long time since we chatted for so long.lols

Sad that we will be going our seperate ways soon, but I am sure we will still be meeting when school starts.

Anyway, I can't remember when is the last time I posted. 1 week?2 weeks? 1 month?

Anyway, I will be going NP "Network System & Security" course.
Cong is in the same course as me. Sad beng, cant appeal into NP. Nvm, we can meet sometimes, dont emo in SP. We open our company one day. :)

New year just passed. Collect quite a number of ang paos.
Receive ang paos for new year, reward for getting into poly and also for my lunar birthday.
So I receive average of 2 ang pao from my relatives each. Of course, not everyone gives me reward for my poly thing, but well, it's a bonus.


Started work at Giant. Not under any contract, and it feels, erm, great! No stress or whatsoever if I break the contract.

However already feel bored of the job liao, because last few weeks want to play as much as I can before school opens. But grocery department is kinda fun. :)
Anyway, this part time job ends at 15 March, and by then, can fully enjoy myself.(Had I enjoyed too much already?)

Why the hell the NP poly package had not arrived???! SP students got it already, so why not NP?Get the package coming!!!


Nvm , they should have their reasons for doing so.

Okay, once again, a big post for all(well most) of the events that happened in the past few weeks.
I dont even know if there are readers?
Firstly, the "O" level results. Quite happy with it(I have low expectations).

At least can get to the course I want.

1st choice: Network System & Security (NP)
2nd choice: Information Technology (NP)
3rd choice: E&E(NP)
4th choice: Megatronic(NP)

The rest of the 8 choices are made of either SP or NYP courses.

Next, is the class chalet. It was fun!

Went there for BBQ, but the main highlight was the night cycling.
Cycled for around 5 hrs ++,brand new experience for me.

Visited the old sport school, toured around in the night, it was very dark.Damn dark.
Was chased out by the dog's barking.
Cycled long distances, it was fun!
The wind brushing against the skin.
Did I mention that 18 bikes were rented for night cycling?

Anyway, went for only 2 days.
Went home on the 2nd day and slept like a pig.

Anyway, who made the chalet such a success?
Of course is our wonderful organiser LiJuan & Ewe Hin.

Also, went to find job on tuesday.
Went to IMM Giant with cong,tay,li juan,yee cheng and vanessa.
After that went to TBC.
Sadly only got supermarket jobs available, so no choice but to pick the one nearest to my house - Greenridge.

Yes, will be starting job at the Shop n Save supermarket starting Monday.
Will be in the fresh department(Don't know what's that, fish perhaps?)

Christmas Day(2009) :
Went to Yong Chuan house and celebrate. Forgot what happen before going, but we played some board games there, watched TV etc. Oh, and watching SA.

New Year Countdown to 2010 :
Met with Wen Cong and actually intended to go TBC to find jobs(again). That day is last day of the year. Lucky got call Li Juan, if not we go there can only stand outside the office(because TBC is closed).
Then went to queenstown to accompany Wen Cong buy his office leather shoes.

Shopped around, and traveled back to CCK. Destination: Yong Chuan house.

Actually Li Juan also wanted to join us de, but she sick.

So, all of us gathered at Yong Chuan house and slack.

Played "Bingo", watched "Godzilla", which is not most of us imagined it to be, watched them play SA.

Heng Yuan reached @ 10++pm, and Aaron reached few mins before the 12mn.

After countdown, we started playing dai dee.

Played untill 1++, and homed.

7 Jan 2010 :

Went to Ngee Ann poly open house. Nothing much to say about there, except for the wide variety of choices of courses and CCAs.

Another course caught my eye, but the cut off is 17.
When the results come out then say.

Oh, 11 Jan "O" result come out!
So scared!!(I am serious)
Going SP later,and off to work at Ritz Hotel @ night.

Last friday:

Went to meet up with some online friends. It was my 1st time meeting them. It was scary actually.
Not that they are actually scary, but I have no idea how they look like. What I have is only their handphone numbers. We arranged to meet at Orchard MRT control station. When I finally arrived, I had a hard time finding them. When I finally did, it was hard to strike a conservation with them due to me being, err, shy. -.-"'
Luckily still can self intro a bit then when all arrived, went to ION orchard for lunch.
Chatted all the way, with me mostly laughing at their jokes(it was damm funny with some of them "quarreling" with each other. One even said that he had bi-sexual organs). Once a while i talked a little. They keep prompting me to talk. Lucky got 1 also 1st time outing, so kinda on the same boat with me.

At 4pm, the rest arrived and we went to play pool at (I dont know where).
Slacked around, ate dinner at subway, then walked around again, talked cock, and finally at 11.45 like that, took MRT. Sadly, the last MRT for my train had departed. Fortunately got 1 "bus expert", know exactly what bus to take and what time the bus depart.

They(not me) took quite alot of photos, but only this is the group photo. Not the full amount of people attending because some of them went home already and we forgot to take the photos.



It was fun overall, with lots of laughing and giggling.

Yesterday(Thurday, Christmas Eve):

Went to watch "Bodyguards & Assasins" at Lot 1 cinima.
At first I thought it is a English movie, but in turned out to be a Chinese movie. Storyline is about China - Hong Kong history.

Not bad for the movie, but something unpleasant happened.
Shall not go into detail, just that poor Beng Jie had to lose something important to him.

Let's all moarn, I mean not talk about it.

Today:
Happy Christmas Everyone!
Going to Yong Chuan house later, and well, celebrate.

Yesterday:

Went to Raffles /City Hall there de Hotel for job interview. The hotel name is Ritz I think.
On the way there, Cong keep stomach ache, have to alight at one of the stops to find toilet for Cong.

Met up with hy there. Ritz hotel was easy to find, but the backdoor was hard to find.
The reason going by backdoor was because we are supposed to find the person for interview @ backdoor.
Actually, not exactly interview but just to fill in the info.

When we finally reached there, there are already 4 ppl there.
So total got 8 of us for the slot.
(me,hy,beng&cong) + 2girls + 2guys.

After filling the form, we were given a briefing.
Sadly need 1~2weeks before our information is keyed in to the system before we can start working.

Went to Wen Cong slacked till evening.


Today went to chuan hse slack thats all.

Been a while since I posted.
Nth much happened in the past weeks.
Key events that happened are :
- Beng's Birthday
- Job agency called back


For beng's bday, we went to a hawker center and ordered "zhu cao" for dinner. Yes, it was simple yet enjoyable. :D

For the job agency part, the staffs finally called back and confirmed that we(me and cong) are in the job, at least from what wen cong said. But it appears that Beng Jie also got the call so maybe beng also in. :)

This few days while waiting for the final confirmation from the agency to sign contract etc, been rotting at home.

Wednesday:

Went to Recruit Express at Raffles Place for a job interview. They looking for 50 supermarket retail assistant, so thought that I would try my luck there. :D

Me and Wen Cong were the 30+ th people for the interview. Means that only 10++ position left up for grabs. It's a retail assistant by the way.

After that meet with Zac. Zac went to TBC to sign the contract for the Retail Assistant job at the Giant supermarket at IMM.

After that I forgot we went where, but that's about it.

Thursday:

Woke up early in the morning to on skype and getting ready to go Expo.
Waited for people to online, and slowly, 1 by 1 started to get online.


Meet @ Lot and went to Expo there. The journey was long and arduous.
We took MRT and we had to stand all the way. Around an hour to 2 then we reached Expo.
Went to the Sitex IT fair. Zac, cong and me bought a hard disk each. Thanks for Zac and cong lending me a total of $30.

Proceeded to Queenstown as cong want to buy pants and shoes.
Beng and Des went to recruit express for the 2nd day interview.
Wish them success!
Travelled past IKEA the 2nd time for the week. Never went in though.
Cong bought his shoes and pants, and off we go!
Back to Wen Cong hse and copy L4D2 to hardisk.
Sadly, only got time to copy half of it.


Friday:

Went to Wen Cong hse copy L4D2. Went home and the graphic on my computer sucks. T.T
Ima buy a new graphic card soon.

This week had been a hectic week, keep finding lobang for jobs. Monday went to TBC there find job. Registered, and had been told only left 1 slot of Giant at IMM and Vivo each.
Zac take IMM, so maybe I take Vivo. Quite far, but I try find other jobs 1st.

Later on going to TBC again as Zac is going to pick up his schedule. I shall follow him and ask for more details.

And also, going Vivo and Popular to ask for jobs. :)

Yesterday:

Yesterday was Wen Cong 17 birthday.

Happy 17th Birthday Wen Cong!

We celebrated his birthday by having bbq.

Sadly, the weather was not on our side as it was raining for the 1st half of the day, causing us unable to swim. Wen Cong so sad cannot swim.

Finally more and more people arrive, and the rain started to stop. Weee!!

Started to bbq, by starting the fire. Damm, the fire was hard to start and maintain. Took quite a long time to sustain it and bbq it.

The food that we started to bbq was a little bit raw, but as time pass, it is more edible.

Thanks to all the efforts of the "bbq-er".

Went swimming around the evening, and sauna after that.

Hell, I went to the market and back home multiple times because we lack this and that.

It was fun overall.
It started out unpleasant, but ended great. =)

Today:
Went for job seeking.
1st stop: West Mall.
Went to the sports outfit store and applied for 8 person(me,zac,hy,beng,des,chuan,cong and hock).

2nd stop: IMM
Went around IMM to search for jobs.
They either want: experience,female/"O" level cert holder or 18years old. Sigh

Finally found a CD selling shop. Applied also,see got chance ma.

Leg really pain already just for the few hours of walking.

Hope can find a job real soon. Good luck on those going for interview.

Okay, today we went to Geylang to buy BBQ food for tmr bbq.
It was a fresh and new experience for me to travel there.

Took quite a long time to find the place, because the shop was very well concealed. =.="'

Finally we found the shop and gosh, we bought lots of food. Wonder if we can finish it tmr.
We bought it at the BBQ wholesale there. The food was much more cheaper.

And then, we travelled to Ten Mile there to buy some other stuffs before heading home.


Me and Zac went to Panjang and somehow bought something.

Due to some reason, I have to carry a 1kg thing all the way home. =.=

Hope tmr bbq will be fun!!

Basketball on holidays!

Today went out for basketball with tay, beng jie, hock soon and wen cong.

It's like 5 person, so 2v3.
Found one guy and we managed to 3v3.
That guy pro sia, 3 point keep in. 85% in. *claps*

What's really frustrating is that a bunch of mindless ***** moron guys played soccer at the basketball court. [Censored to avoid misunderstanding]
Can't they differentiate the difference between a soccer court and a basketball court?
Soccer court is where you use your legs to play.
Basketball court is where you use your hands!
I mean, it's okay to play when there are no people around, but there are people playing there!
idiots!

Play soccer play into our court, standing around us when we are in the midst of a fucking match.
Damm them.

Tomorrow maybe going to shop for bbq food for Wen Cong bird-day.\

Holidays had started, and "O" levels were over. Less than a week since it was over.
Holidays were a little boring. In fact, I kind of missed school, the studying, the laughter.LOLS
Missed the group studying.
When I was in school, can't wait for holidays to start, now holidays start, missed the school.
Crazy

Anyway, I just got my PSP after years of dreaming and yearning for it.Finally, it was mine.
Played lot of games with it, and linked some games with friends.

Now, my holiday life revolves around my PSP, computer and classmates home.

Now, one big decision, prom night or no?

I will try to keep this blog alive, if possible.

Oh, and anyway, started the taiwan drama "Hi My Sweetheart", which is damm nice.
Currently at Episode 3. Got xiao zhu act as a mushroom head. The girl in the picture is called "BaoZhu Jie", which is starred by Rainie Yang. Watch it, and you won't regret it.

1st post after school re-open!!
The school really stepped up security during the H1N1!

Class for this whole week was held in IT Rm 3!Wee,air - con for the rest of the day.

Today PE is height and weight check.
Dang, my height only gain a little nia, like 2 cm? 167cm now.
At least I grew, but hy shrank!
165cm to 163cm, seriously, it that thing accurate?
Din't check my weight,forgot to see, but my stats is 80% i think.

Went to watch Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen movie with beng,cong and ben~

We catched the movie @ 3pm de, and the movie last till 5++~ 6 liddat.
That movie was long and nice!
Action packed and comedy packed at the same time.
Megan Fox is so fcking hot/chio, but she/he is a man/sheman!!

But, her acting is superb nevertheless.

Envy the main actor to be able to kiss Megan Fox, the hot babe. =(
Pity the main actor to kiss a guy, which unknowningly resulted in him becoming a GAY! =)

Nice show I must say.The robots transforming is soooo coooool!


1st day of school already got homework le(A maths).
Sigh, and the prelim && mid year coming round the corner!
Worst thing is I had not even studied much yet!Dang!

Oh ya, I found the new place(enviroment) for studying in my house!
Instead at the usual dining table which I studied in the past, I changed to...... infront of my computer!
But of course, back-facing lah.
Not bad leh, still can focus.

All right!!The last post before the school holidays is over!!
Lets set the mood right.

Yesterday,26 June, we(tay,beng,hy,cong and me) went to Yong Chuan house.It was supposed to be belated birthday celebration, with us sharing money to buy pizzas for Yong Chuan, but in the end, Yong Chuan mum foot the bill. >.<"'

Chuan de didi was playing SA, and all of us just watched him play, and chatted before the pizzas arrived. Aaron also joined us soon after we arrived.

When the pizzas finally arrived, oh gosh, we all ate like hungry ghosts(okay, too exaggerating).
But, there are 6 boxes of pizzas?4 large & 2 small, all finished in no time!

Damm full, and they keep pushing the pizzas to me, just because I small size. >.<

" Wa, cannot eat le.So full! ZiYan, finish the last piece!"

Just because they are too EMBARASSED to eat TOO MUCH, I became their white rat to help them eat and hide their EMBARASSMENT at the expense of my BLOATED STOMACH!

After finishing dinner, tay and beng logged in to maple. Watch them play while watching TV.
Got one show is to showcase their talents while they earn money, something like that.
We watched that, and how we discuss Michael Jackson, the famous dancer and the infamous rapist. >.<"' Am i being overboard here?

Beng and chuan actually going for zak de, but heard that all dc, left beng and 2 others.zz


Today, was intending to watch transformers. But but but, the cinema was too full!From what beng and chuan said, 10mins only move a few persons space.

So, changed to tmr then watch.
Instead we went to have our dinner.So lucky, LJS got slot.

After LJS then went to chuan hse.Beng and chuan playing SA while I watch TV. I cant stand the constand moving of the characters.Dizzy!

Tmr going to watch Transformers!Wee.
Saw the trailer,nice!

After tmr de movie then gonna set the mood to studying mood le.
No more entertainment( I mean lessen the entertainment), and all into books( I mean spent more time on books)!
